Are your plans flexible?
Yes! You can start with one plan (i.e. 20 hrs a month), and then upgrade or downgrade according to your needs. If additional hours are used in a month then they are billed hourly. Commitment is on a monthly basis so you can cancel at any time. Please note that any unused hours in your monthly plan do not roll over to the following month. A three-month minimum commitment is required to start.
Can my VA work in my time zone?
Yes! We have VAs all over the US and can connect you with a VA in your time zone if that is a requirement. We ensure that your VA can not only work within your time zone but that they are the right fit for your business needs and experience level.
How do you ensure quality control?
Each VA goes through a rigorous application process and must complete an application and interview to ensure they are a right fit prior to coming on board to the agency. We ensure our VAs are specialized in your industry and we will do our best to connect you with a VA that we feel best suits your needs and personality. Should you ever have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
How will I be assigned a VA?
We will connect by phone so that we can make sure we fully understand your business needs. Then we suggest the VA with the right skills and personality to be a good fit. We’ll send you a candidate's profile for review, and we will answer any questions you might have.
