Melissa Clarke
I started MCVA after spotting a gap in the market - a need for Virtual Assistants with specialized training for Interior Designers. With a background in marketing, advertising, and client relations, I turned this British gal’s cup of tea - working with interior designers - into a full-time gig. Now, MCVA has grown into a flourishing team of over 20 VAs.
My journey has been filled with exciting twists, from the UK to China and then the United States, welcoming twin boys along the way. Amid the whirlwind, I craved balance and found my calling in starting MCVA.
With my 'Keep Calm and Carry On' spirit, I've overcome challenges, built a close-knit team, and mastered the art of delegation - and I'm passionate about helping you do the same.

Rebecca is Melissa's Right hand and helps to support internally with streamlining our processes, systems, invoicing and helping to organize 'all the things!'. She thrives on creating a cohesive flow within teams and building connections with clients. Organizing documents, workbooks, contracts and welcome packets is something she does for fun!
A mom, recent Nan and a cat-mom, in her spare time you will find Rebecca with her family watching movies, sitting in the sun or contemplating her next business venture!

CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER
Bringing four years of industry know-how and armed with a Master's degree in Business Administration & Finance, Sandy has been an asset to the MCVA team from day one. When she's not immersed in the intricacies of her profession, you'll often find Sandy engrossed in a captivating book, unraveling puzzles, or spending quality time with her dog, nieces, and family.
Sandy works alongside Melissa as our Client Success Manager, supporting our new and existing clients to develop great working relationships with their VA's.
Amanda Griffin
MARKETING MANAGER
Amanda's passion for interior design has been evident throughout her life, from exploring it academically, to frequently re-designing her own home.
Amanda has a background in Marketing and Client Services, with previous roles as a Client Relations Manager for a Podcasting agency. She currently supports with MCVA’s marketing requirements, from social media and newsletters to client gifts! Amanda lives on the British Island of Guernsey, where she loves spending time at the beach with her daughter.
